Blind Date with a Book Club

Blind Date with a Book Club is a book club with a twist: you don’t know what book you’re going to read, and you don’t know who else is reading it! Mysterious wrapped books are for sale at countertops at coffee shops, cafés, bars, and other third spaces. You buy a book whose description intrigues you and read it before the deadline printed on the label. (I know, that’s the hard part).

Then, come back to the place you bought it on the correct night and have a lively discussion with the other people who chose the same book. Maybe you’ll make a new friend, or enemy!
